Unable to withdraw

An elderly friend of mine put money into wintersnow. They've requested me to look into the company They have become very distraught and worried. While attempting to present itself as a significant corporation, the company does not list a postal address or the address of any office, despite claiming to service clients in more than 50 countries, to officially move them to Assetsclaimback advisory, all that was needed to be done was that I worry about my friend since this demonstrates how the company is not honest, up front, or ethical. However, wintersnow customer service is absolutely appalling. I tried emailing them several times, but there was no reply.
